An Elizabeth man stopped for suspicion of DWI is in for some trouble. Driving with his headlights off in the overnight hours, Kevin Taylor, 39, was spotted barreling through two traffic cones before being pulled over by Port Authority police near the Holland Tunnel in Jersey City.
